Greg and Karen's Wedding

Weddings are one of my favorite things to photograph. I know first hand how important it is to have great photos to document such a special day. I strive to do the best I can for wedding photos. I had a wonderful time photographing Greg and Karen's wedding. It was a very nice ceremony. Best wishes for a happy and wonderful marriage, Greg and Karen. Thanks for everything and letting me be apart of your special day.

Family Session: The Merrill Family

I cannot even begin to explain how much this family means to me and my family.
This is my husband's boss' family. We have become great friends since Mike started working and managing Anytime Fitness over a year ago. Sara has been absolutely wonderful and a great friend to me. I'm so glad that I was able to take their family photos! It has been Sara's camera that she has been so gracious to let me use on most of my recent photo shoots. It's super high-quality and I hope one day to be able to afford such a professional set up. You can tell by the photos below of the quality of photos it gives. These are a few of my favorites from our session:

Thank you, Merrill Family!

Soft and Sweet

Another I Heart Faces photo challenge!

This is my son when he was 7 months old (he is now almost 2 1/2 years old!). I took this photo when I started getting serious about photography. I love his expression!

I Heart Faces Pet Photo Challenge

Never done this before, but wanted to challenge myself and seems like a fun idea to regularly do.
This is our box turtle, Bud. (She is actually a girl, but found that out after we named her!)
She was terrified of my red sensor from my flash.

The Riding Family Children

A good friend of mine just had her third child. A baby girl. She wanted some updated photos of her children and some with the new baby. We made a little studio set-up in her kitchen and had fun taking photos! Thank goodness for Calvin and Hobbes because their comics really helped the children show off some genuine smiles :)

CUTE kids! I was practically smiling the whole session.
Thank you, Riding Family!

Family Photo Session: Winger Family

This past week was great and very busy.
It started off with a family photo session of my friend Telsha and her family.
It went fantastic and the photos turned out great!

Thanks Winger Family :)

For Fun

So..sorry for the annoying photobucket messages.
My photobucket images should be up by tonight.

I know I've been missing from this blog lately.
I've been working on a few different projects.
But, photography is still my #1, it's just been slower than I'd like lately.
I should be appearing much more though!
I have quite a few photo shoots in the making and I'm excited to share them!

For now,
my brother came over last Saturday and we took some photos of him in his Members Only jackets. I love his style. It was fun to do a studio-style photo shoot with him as the model.
I took the photos, (uh duh!) and I did slight edits, but he arranged the photos and edited the background.
